Sharron L. Swann
Sharron’s practice is focused on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters relating to the operation and creation of various physician and other health care provider entities, independent diagnostic testing facilities, radiation cancer centers, hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. - Advising and assisting in privileged internal client investigations for compliance

various healthcare statutes, regulations and Medicare/Medicaid billing
requirements. |
- Transactions relating to the creation, merger, and acquisition of various

other provider organizations, including Texas Medical Board certification
as non-profit health care organizations, joint ventures, and management
organizations; Texas regulatory requirements and various management and
corporate organizational issues. |
